Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to join.
• You must be a resident of Australia. Membership is available in all Australian states and territories.
• You confirm that the information you provide at sign-up — including your name, email, and (where required for prize delivery) postal address — is accurate and current.
• Employees of Grilly Willy and its prize-supply partners, and their immediate families, may be excluded from draws where required by applicable promotion rules.

2. Membership Terms

Premium membership costs $10 per month, billed in advance, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Membership gives you access to benefits with standalone value, including the discount vault, member newsletter, community access, and early access to club content.

Draw entries are provided to members free of charge as an automatic bonus of membership. You are paying for membership benefits — never for draw entries. We will never sell entries, and you never need to pay anything extra or take any action to receive your entries as a premium member.

3. Draw Rules

• Premium members receive automatic entries into the regular meat tray draw at no extra cost. The draw frequency depends on the current membership milestone tier published on the Milestones page.
• Winners are selected at random from eligible entries. Each draw's date, method, and prize are published on the site.
• The value of any individual draw prize will remain under $2,500.
• We publish the results of each draw, including the winner's first name and suburb, on the Winners page. By entering, you consent to this publication.
• We maintain records of each draw — including the entry snapshot, selection record, and prize delivery evidence — in line with Australian trade promotion requirements.

4. Prize Claims

• Winners are notified by email using the address on their membership account.
• You must claim your prize within 7 days of notification. Prize claims may require verification of your age and identity.
• If a prize is not claimed within the claim window, we may redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable promotion rules.
• Prizes are fulfilled through licensed butcher partners. Grilly Willy does not handle or store meat. If a prize cannot be delivered in good condition, we will replace it or provide a voucher of equivalent value at our cost.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard — cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to member benefits and draw entries until that period ends. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or to correct a billing error.

6. Trade Promotion & State Conditions

The draws are conducted as trade promotions to promote membership of the club. They comply with the applicable promotion rules of each Australian state and territory, including fair-draw, record-keeping, and result-publication requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
