Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to join.
• You must be a resident of Australia. Membership is available in all Australian states and territories.
• You confirm that the information you provide at sign-up — including your name, email, and (where required for prize delivery) postal address — is accurate and current.
• Employees of Grilly Willy and its prize-supply partners, and their immediate families, may be excluded from giveaways where required by applicable promotion rules.

2. Membership Terms

Grilly Willy membership is free, with no card or payment required to join. Membership gives you access to benefits with standalone value, including the discount vault, member newsletter, community access, and early access to club content.

Giveaway entries are provided to members free of charge as a bonus of membership. We will never sell entries, and you never need to pay anything to receive them.

3. Giveaway Rules

• When you join, you are automatically entered into the very next meat tray giveaway — no action required.
• After that first giveaway, automatic entry stops. To be in each following week's giveaway, you need to return to the site and click "Enter" during that week — entries do not carry over and are not automatic after week one.
• You can also earn entries at any time by liking or commenting on a Grilly Willy post on Instagram or Facebook. There's no cap on entries earned this way.
• The giveaway frequency depends on the current membership milestone tier published on the Milestones page.
• Winners are selected at random from eligible entries. Each giveaway's date, method, and prize are published on the site.
• The value of any individual giveaway prize will remain under $2,500.
• We publish the results of each giveaway, including the winner's first name and suburb, on the Winners page. By entering, you consent to this publication.
• We maintain records of each giveaway — including the entry snapshot, selection record, and prize delivery evidence — in line with Australian trade promotion requirements.

4. Prize Claims

• Winners are notified by email using the address on their membership account.
• You must claim your prize within 7 days of notification. Prize claims may require verification of your age and identity.
• If a prize is not claimed within the claim window, we may re-select the winner from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable promotion rules.
• Prizes are fulfilled through licensed butcher partners. Grilly Willy does not handle or store meat. If a prize cannot be delivered in good condition, we will replace it or provide a voucher of equivalent value at our cost.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Leaving the Club

Membership is free, so there is nothing to cancel except your own account. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard — it takes effect immediately, and you'll stop receiving entries and communications from that point.

6. Trade Promotion & State Conditions

The giveaways are conducted as trade promotions to promote membership of the club. They comply with the applicable promotion rules of each Australian state and territory, including fair-selection, record-keeping, and result-publication requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
